Managing Members

Renoulte Allen

Managing Partner

Renoulte Allen grew up in Detroit, MI and has a passion for entrepreneurship and education. Having developed a consulting company that teaches nonprofits how to increase their organizational impact, his ease and fondness of establishing long-term relationships and collaborations has afforded him the opportunity to turn his attention to the acquisition and investor relations aspect of the company.

After a few years of establishing successful single-family home investments, he realized the potential in multifamily real estate. Now he looks to connect investors with profitable returns in a partnership that helps them expand their portfolios and reach financial goals, all while providing safe and affordable homes for potential tenants.

Renoulte enjoys spending time with his wife, Tedra, and their four children. He loves traveling, biking and playing basketball.

Tedra Allen

Managing Partner

Tedra’s career began as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in West Michigan. Having an innate desire to help others, she worked to modify home environments and teach functional skills to individuals who desired to remain independent in their homes.

Over the years, she would go on to stage single-family homes for investors which eventually led to a career in professional home organizing to help individuals improve household function and management.

Today, she continues to utilize her expertise within the multifamily investment syndicate assisting with value-add opportunities for properties, maximizing value for tenant living and improving revenue streams for investor returns.

Tedra has a M.Ed in Educational Leadership and volunteers in her local community. She enjoys traveling with her family, going to the beach and finding a quiet place to read a good book with a cup of sweet tea.

Tyler has been investing in real estate for over 14 years. Today, Tyler controls over 2,500 apartment units, throughout 5 different states, with values nearing 300MM. He actively sponsors and is a managing operator in new opportunities brought to market.

Ryan Woolley

Advisor

Ryan has used that knowledge as a Managing Partner to grow his multifamily portfolio to north of $200MM. Over the past 20 years Ryan has become a proficient underwriter which has been critical in mitigating risks, identifying opportunities, developing strategic operating plans, and optimizing overall investor returns.

Todd Millar

Advisor

With 15 year of Real Estate experience Todd is a Co-Founder and COO of Multifamily Mindset. This company provides essential education and support for entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to acquire their own properties. Todd is a partner in over 2,000 apartment units with over $200 million in assets under management.
